Rule Book

All participating teams must adhere to the following rules. Entry fee: ₹2,000 per team (non-refundable). The referee's decision is final in all matters.

01
Team Registration
Entry fee is ₹2,000 per team (non-refundable). Each team may register 5 playing members plus up to 3 substitutes (maximum squad of 8). All players must be registered before the tournament begins. A player may represent only one team. Teams must report 15 minutes before their scheduled match.
02
Match Format
All matches follow a Knockout Format. Match duration is 10 minutes per half with a 2-minute halftime break. The tournament organiser reserves the right to modify fixtures if necessary.
03
Player Rules
Shin guards are strongly recommended. No metal-studded boots are allowed. Players must wear proper football attire. Unsporting behaviour towards referees, opponents, or organizers will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
04
Match Rules
A minimum of 4 players is required to start a match. Rolling substitutions are permitted. Kick-off starts from the centre circle. All free kicks are indirect unless specified by the referee. The goalkeeper cannot handle a deliberate back-pass from a teammate.
05
Fouls & Discipline
Dangerous tackles are strictly prohibited. A Yellow Card is issued as a warning for misconduct — two yellow cards in one match result in a Red Card. A Red Card means the player is sent off immediately and the team plays with one fewer player for the remainder of the match. Fighting or abusing officials may result in tournament suspension.
06
Walkover Rule
Teams arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the match. The walkover score will be recorded as 3–0 in favour of the opposing team.
07
Tie-Breaker
If the score is level after full time, there will be a direct penalty shootout. Each team takes 3 penalties. If still tied, sudden death applies until a winner is determined.
08
Prizes & Conduct
Winners and runners-up will receive prizes as announced by the organisers. Any protest must be submitted immediately after the match. The organiser's final decision will be binding on all teams. By registering, teams agree to follow all rules and respect referees, opponents, and organisers. Misconduct may result in disqualification without refund.
